“The Letter for bringing Exhibits in and out” is drafted in 3 copies with a company`s stamp and a director`s signature. The first copy of the Letter is to be taken to the Show Management Office. The second copy is to be given to the Gostiniy Dvor security representative when bringing exhibits in. The stamp of the Show Management Office is to be put on this copy – it permits bringing the exhibits in. The third copy is to be kept by a Responsible employee of the company till the moment of bringing exhibits out.
