Regulations of exhibits` moving
Bringing exhibits into the exposition is permitted for the participants who paid for participation in the exhibition in full.
Exhibits are to be brought to a stand by Participants (by themselves).
Stand which is not occupied till 12.00 a.m. April 16, 2012 in Gostiniy Dvor and till 05.00 a.m. April 17, 2012 on the Vasilevsky Slope will be considered vacant and passed to another Participant, in case the other conditions were not coordinated in advance.
The Show Management Office is not responsible for exhibits, belongings and inventory of a Participant who has not brought them out of Gostiniy Dvor till 12.00 a.m. April 20, 2012 and the Vasilevsky Slope till 12.00 a.m. April 20, 2012.
Timetable of bringing exhibits in Gostiniy Dvor
- Participants who order a standard equipped exhibition space are able to bring exhibits in on:
April 16, 2012 (Monady) from 02.00 p.m. till 12.00 a.m.
- Individual contractors and participants who order a raw space are able to bring equipment in on:
April 16, 2012 (Monday) from 12.00 a.m. till 12.00 a.m. (within 24 hours)
April 17, 2012 (Tuesday) from 12.00 a.m. till 06.00 a.m.
- Participants who transport light-weight self-propelled machinery are able to bring it in on:
April 16, 2012 (Monday) from 12.00 a.m. till 12.00 p.m.
When bringing exhibits in it is necessary to take account of technical characteristics of Gostiniy Dvor (See: «Technical characteristics of the indoor and outdoor exposition»).
Timetable of bringing exhibits on the Vasilevsky Slope
- Participants who transport self-propelled machinery are able to bring it on:
April 16, 2012 (Monday) from 02.00 p.m. till 12.00 a.m.;
April 17, 2012 (Tuesday) from 12.00 a.m. till 07.00 a.m.
-Participants who ordered handling operations are able to move in on:
April 16, 2012 (Monday) from 02.00 p.m. till 12.00 a.m.;
April 17, 2012 (Tuesday) from 12.00 a.m. till 05.00 a.m.
"The Letter for bringing exhibits in and out" is drafted in 3 copies with a company’s stamp and a director’s signature. The first copy of the Letter is to be taken to the Show Management Office. The second copy is to be given to the Gostiniy Dvor security representative when bringing exhibits in. The stamp of the Show Management Office is to be put on this copy – it permits bringing the exhibits in. The third copy is to be kept by a Responsible employee of the company till the moment of bringing exhibits out.

Dismantling of exposition and bringing Exhibits out of Gostiniy Dvor
April 20, 2012 (Friday) from 03.00 p.m. till 12.00 a.m.
When leaving Gostiniy Dvor a Participant is to put a stamp at the Show Management Office on the third copy of “The Letter for bringing Exhibits in and out” and to show it to the Gostiniy Dvor security representative
Bringing exhibits out of the Vasilevsky Slope is permitted:
- To participants bringing self-propelled machinery out on:
April 20, 2012 (Friday) from 03.00 p.m. till 12.00 a.m.
- To participants who ordered handling operations on:
April 20, 2012 (Friday) from 03.00 p.m. till 12.00 a.m
