Cost of participation
A company which made a decision to take part in the «DORKOMEXPO-2012» Forum is to send the Application Form till March 17, 2012 with a company’s stamp and a director’s signature.

Application Form is a financial obligation of payment for ordered exhibition space. In case of refusal of participation it is required to send the letter on the official letterhead to the Show Management Office with a company’s stamp and a director’s signature.
In case the letter of renunciation is received after March 17, 2012 the delivered payment is not repayable.
Cost of participation (for 1 sq. m)

Prices include taxes.
The following services are included in the cost of participation:
- - services on exhibition space providing;
- - services on providing a fully-fitted stand, in case of ordering it with equipment (which is described in the section «Fully fitted Stand»);
- - services on loading/unloading of exhibits on the Vasilevsky Slope;
- - communal and operating services;
- - guard of the exhibition hall;
- - cleaning of the exposition area, including passages;
- - registration fee includes: organization costs, show advertisement expenses, placement of the participant’s information in the official directory of the Forum, 1 copy of the directory, badges for exhibitors, passes for mounters, invitation tickets, participation in a business program;
- - cost of distant participation includes registration fee, placement of informational materials on the informational desk, participation in a business program.
